Over the past week, I have spent some time talking with you about respecting technology. I gave you some examples about this last week. One thing I said was that technology opens up many doors for us to learn and communicate with people from all over, but people who don't care about what they do, say or post can be harmful to themselves and others.
What I would like you to respond to is...
1) What does repecting technology mean to you?
2) Do you think there should be harsher rules about misusing technology?
3) Describe what you plan on doing this year to make sure that you are respecting technology.
**Remember to always think about what you will post on the internet. Make sure that it makes sense, is a clear thought, and uses complete sentences. Remember that when you talk on the internet, people can not see your face or body language so we don't know if your being serious, joking around, or if your happy or mad. Please pay attention to your "voice" on the internet. If your having trouble knowing what your "voice" is, pretend you are writing a paper in class. You have to know who your audience is, right?!
