Constitution
Pres and VP need to sign 2 copies of the 2009 - 2010 Constitution, the get Mrs. Rebimbas's signature on both copies. The office keeps one and Rec Sec files one for us.
Personnel
Staffing (Our VP, Caroline, being in charge of elections, oversees the drive to staff the rest of StuCo positions.
We need to recruit for the unfilled positions
Caroline - will you email all of last year's members? and let them know about the open positions? or do you want me to?
Rec Sec (Kathryn) will
1. Ensure that StuCo agreements are signed and filed
2. Fill out the Table of Organization (Who's Who)
3. email addresses
Emma is looking into a StuCo web site for the general student body.
