I learned today that the more velocity an object has the harder it will hit a barrier.

How can the following WIL Statement be improved?
Today i learned about the first two laws of newton. Also, i learned about balanced forces, and if there is the same amount of force pushing on something on both sides, the object will stop or keep moving.
