We began readingThe Hunger Games,by Suzanne Collins today. We learned some background knowledge about the characters. What is Katniss's connection to Peeta? Why is it difficult for Katniss to trust him? What strategy does their mentor, Haymitch, have in mind for Peeta and Katniss?HW: Read chapters 1-5.
