    Happy Summer!

    Let's stay in touch this summer by blogging.  Come to our class website from time to time to read the fun things your classmates are doing, trips they are taking, and books they are reading.  Take a turn to let us know about your summertime adventures as well.  Remember to start your vacation by going to the library and getting a stack of books!  Every day is a great day for reading!!!!

    Tune into Interesting Words...

    Hello Busy Bees of Room 106!

    Are you ready to blog again?!  We have been expanding our vocabulary in class by tuning into interesting words used by the authors of the books we read.  Some of you have even been using these words when you speak and write!  For this new blog I would like each of you to share an interesting word you have come across and use it in a sentence.  If we all share one word, we will have 21 new words to add to our speaking and writing vocabulary.  Wouldn't that be awesome!  I will be the first to post and get us started.  I hope you are all as enthusiastic as I am to post on the blog!!!!!
