Well, it's almost that time of year again. I have been revamping my syllabus during this last week. I am teaching English II and Speech as well as Spanish I and Spanish II this year. It's a first for me. I found out that my Pre-AP Spanish II class didn't make. :( I am not sure if I will have anyone sign up for Pre-AP Spanish I or not. I love working at a smaller school, but sometimes... I just wish that my program could be bigger. I have to keep hoping and believing that it will come.
I encourage my students to have multiple interests. I know that I do. I tease them about letting out their 'inner geek' or going over to the 'dork side'. I want them to be free to express themselves without going to far and being disrespectful. How do you manage that? Any tricks or tips that you would like to share with the rest of us. I am constantly learning, constantly improving. How about you? Please let us know. I am sure that it will help someone.
Thanks in advance for sharing...
