Welcome to our Fifth Grade Classroom Blog! I have designed this page with both you (the parent) and you (the child) in mind. I have many goals in mind as I have added this page to one of the many on our classroom website.
For those of you who may be new to the world of blogging, a blog is defined as the following, "a weblog (usually shortened to blog, but occasionally spelled web log or weblog) is a web-based publication consisting primarily of periodic articles. Blogs are personal journals or diaries which are posted on the web. Blogging is the posting of these pages to a website. Blogs can contain contain photos, audio or video files, but are primarily focused on the ability to post written thoughts to a website quickly and easily.
It is my hope that through your comments and posts (that means you PARENTS and you STUDENTS) we will all be able to share our thoughts, comments, questions, and concerns throughout the year. Maybe you have a question about an upccoming assignment, an event or field trip, or anything else related to our class in general. Please post all appropriate comments here, on our very first FIFTH GRADE TEACHER, PARENT, AND STUDENT BLOG!
