    Exciting News!

    Our class was recognized in Spanish class for being caring and working together!  We were really excited to hear our name on the announcements! 
    We are getting better at the Daily 5. We are staying focused on reading and building stamina.
    We did an activity with popcorn today, it taught us about natural resources and how we shouldn't waste. 
    Oh we almost forgot!  We have a classroom helper.  Her name is Miss Katie.  She comes to help us with math on Wednesdays.  She is from Westwood High School and is really nice and helpful! 
    We are having fun doing lots of things!  Can't wait to tell you more about it.

    What a week!

      We had a great week!  We talked about education and colleges for Education Go Get It Week!  We also learned all about landforms.  We finished are landform research and can't wait for you to check out our books!
    In math we are becoming subtraction experts! 
     
    DON'T FORGET CONFERENCES MONDAY!!!!

    Welcome to our class blog!

    Welcome to our class blog!  As a class we will be blogging all throughout the year, so please be looking for updates! 
     
    We have had a GREAT start to the year.  We have been working hard to build stamina in our reading and writing.  We also finished making our globes today.  Be looking for pictures of our globes hanging in our classrooms.
