Happy New Year!  It is hard to believe that it is already 2012!  We have learned so much and still have so much more to learn to be ready for 3rd grade!  I hope everyone had a fabulous break.  I hope you got to relax and enjoy your family like I did. 
Now we are rested and ready to get going!  We are going to try and blog more this semester!  Be looking for our weekly reflections!

We learned a lot this week!  Here are some examples!
We learned that when you put two magnets together with the same poles facing each other it pushes them apart. -Damian

I have enjoyed getting to know our class these first few weeks.  We are starting to get into our classroom routine and learn how second grade works.  Please join me Thursday, September 8th at 7:00 in our classroom.  It is Parent Information Night!  I will be sharing with the parents how second grade works, our expectations, and how our classroom runs.  See you then!

It is hard to believe it is August!  I am busy getting ready for a brand new year with a brand new class!  It is a very exciting time of year!!!  I hope to use this blog to reflect on our day and to inform parents of what their kiddos are thinking and learning about!  This will be a great year!!!
