    Each day, we are taking timed multiplication quizzes in math class.  Keep working on studying your facts every day to get quicker.  Many facts can be a struggle to learn, but there are also some nifty tricks to help you remember multiplication facts.  Tell me about one of the tricks that helps you remember the facts.

    Great start to a new year!

    We are off to a great start this year!  The students have worked diligently to adjust to new routines and schedules.  We are working on place value and reviewing addition/subtraction in math.  We took our first quiz last week.  In science, we are learning about animals.  We reviewed the basic needs and are learning about adaptations that help animals meet these needs.  I would love to hear comments from students - what has been the best thing we've done in school so far?
