Homework

                                                                  2nd Grade Homework Policies
 
Each week your child needs to read at least 20 minutes a day for four days.  They will turn in their reading log on Friday showing a total of at least 80 minutes.  The reading may be done alone, together, or read aloud to your child.  
 
Homework packets go home on Thursday and are due the following Friday.  Each packet will contain language arts and math and will be approximately 4-5 pages long.
 
Spelling Packets will be sent home each Monday and will be due that Friday along with the other homework.  The spelling test will be each Friday morning.
