As I collected a paper in art class a student shouted, "Thank ya Mamma!" The
art teacher and I started laughing and had to regain composure. It was SO
unexpected.

The students were working so hard today! It was amazing to see how
responsible they are becoming. One child was helping another who didn't
understand his math. Students have been so busy that they don't have a spare
moment.
2nd Graders just say the cutest and funniest things! I will anonymously
post some of the class sayings and things that happen. This can give you a
sneak peek into room 18:)Instead of names I will use "Jack" and "Jill" in
place of children s names.
"Jack had a connection to the character in the book and that character was
having a connection too. It's a connection to a connection!"
"I want to grow up to be a Ms. Roberson someday!"
"I love being a busy bee."
