I love teaching at Lincoln so much! This is my fifth year teaching here. For
3 of those years I taught 3rd grade, one year was a 2/3 combo class, and this
year I will be teaching 2nd grade!
I received my teaching credential at Santa Clara University. Currently I am
going to SCU to get my Masters in Educational Administration. I also have an
AA in early childhood development. I enjoy
continuing to grow as a professional and learning new things.
Besides teaching I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy
taking my dogs, Lola and Chewy, to the park. I enjoy cooking, writing poetry,
shopping, and relaxing at the beach.

I believe that every child has a lot of potential. When given a positive
environment and encouragement each child will be able to reach this potential.
My goal is for each child that enters my class to feel a sense of importance
and belonging. When each child feels safe and like part of the community
greater learning may take place. It is important that I help each child to
reach educational goals/standards. Equally important is the development of
social and interpersonal skills.
