About The Teacher

I grew up in Chula Vista and attended California State University Long 
Beach.  I completed my Master's Degree in Literacy and 
Reading in January of 2006. I taught in Long Beach Unified for three years 
before moving to North County.  This is my ninth year teaching and I enjoy 
it very much.  
During my free time I enjoy running, reading, playing with my dog, Aloha,  
and spending time with my family and friends.  I also enjoy traveling with 
my husband.
