December Monthly Theme: Healthy Sleeping Habits PE Time: Tuesday and Thursday (10:30-11:00) Things to wear/bring on PE days: 1. Apply Sunscreen in the morning and send some in the backpack to reapply at lunch time 2. Wear tennis shoes and socks 3. Wear a hat 4. Bring a water bottle with your name on it 5. Keep track of how many hours you sleep. This should be between 9-13 hours. (The calendar is due to your teacher on Jan. 4th)

Staying within a set boundary; listening skills and coordination: playing red light green light using different movements for red light and green light ( For example: Green light is skipping, Yellow light is walking backwards, and Red is always stop and freeze.).
