1st Grade PE

December's Monthly Theme: Healthy Sleeping Habits: Record the number of hours slept on your calendar. You should be sleeping 9-11 hours a night. Due on Jan. 4th.

PE Time: Wednesday and Friday (10:30-11:00)

Things to wear/bring on PE days:
1. Apply Sunscreen in the morning and send some in the backpack to reapply at lunch time
2. Wear tennis shoes and socks
3. Wear a hat
4. Bring a water bottle with your name on it
5. Bring a good attitude

Skills to work on:

Throwing a ball at a target from 10 ft. away with good form; hitting balloon in the air consecutively for 30 reps. without it touching the ground.
