December's Monthly Theme: Healthy Sleeping Habits: Record the number of
hours you sleep a night. You should be sleeping between 9-11 hours a night.
Due on Jan 4th.
PE Time: Tuesday and Thursday (1:30-2:00)
Things to wear/bring on PE days:
1. Apply Sunscreen in the morning and send some in the backpack to reapply at
lunch time
2. Wear tennis shoes and socks
3. Wear a hat
4. Bring a water bottle with your name on it
5. Bring a good attitude
Skills to work on:
Sit-ups ( 25 in a min.); Push-ups- 5-10 consecutively; bounceing and catching
a self-bounced ball
