Fourth Grade Newsletter
November 30, 2009
Dear Fourth Grade Parents,
The fourth grade had another great week. Last Friday we worked on our large
scaled flowers for the meet the masters project.
I hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Remember to bring in 4 cans of veggies (peas or carrots) and $2.00 for
the Red Bucket Drive as well as the items for the hygiene kits. We will be
writing notes to the recipients of our hygiene kits. The contents needed are
listed in the Bethany newsletter. Thanks to those of you who have brought in
the items already!
There will be a math test on Thursday, December 3 on multiplication and
division covering pages 56-85.
The fourth grade will begin working on our chapel which we will present on
Wednesday, December 9. I encourage parents to work with your child on their
speaking parts. You are all welcome to come to chapel on the 9th and watch
your children lead the worship service.
Also a letter, form, and due dates were sent home describing the fourth grade
project. The students will be drawing a floor plan and making their tree
houses. The due date for the floor plan is December 11 and the finished tree
house is due January 11. I encourage parents to be available to help their
child on this project.
Thanks for all your help and support.
Don’t forget Bethany’s Advent worship on Wednesday evenings at 7:00PM.
Have a wonderful week!
In His Service,
Mrs. Boerrigter
