Red Ribbon Week is this week! Thank you to all of the families that have
participated in the events. Tomorrow is "Turn Your Back On Drugs" day.
Students are encouraged to wear their clothes backwards.
November Scholastic Book Orders were sent home yesterday and are due this
Friday - October 30.
Our Room Moms (Mrs. Rao and Mrs. Messana) sent home a letter on Monday
introducing themselves and outlining our year. if you have any questions
about upcoming events, please contact them. I have provided them with a class
email list, so you may be recieving emails from them throughout the year (if
you checked the "Do Not Share Email" box on the student information sheet at
the beginning of the year- your email will not be shared).

School Picture information was sent home today in your child's Thursday
folder. School pictures will be taken on Friday, November 6th. If you are
ordering pictures you may send in the order form and money on or before
November 6th.
Fall Pledge Drive information was sent home today. If you haven't already,
please consider joining the PTA and pledging to support our children this
school year.
The Families Forward Food drive began today. Please consider taking time to
talk to your child about helping others in need and donating food for our
food drive. Please see the note that was sent home in the Thursday folder.
