Dear Parents,
Happy New Year to all! We are back in the swing of things in Fourth
Grade working diligently on our river reports to have on display for Open
House on Thursday, January 21. We hope all of you will make it a point to
come with your children.
We shall only be having a Spelling test and a Reading Quiz this
Friday. This is our final quiz for THE ISLAND OF THE BLUE DOLPHINS. We
shall begin a new book, INDIAN IN THE CUPBOARD, which will come home this
Friday. The first two chapters will be due next Tuesday. Your child should
have brought home a new History outline, Jacques Cartier Part, I today.
Please begin reviewing it in preparation for our History test NEXT Friday,
January 15.

Tuesday- Saxon #61
Wednesday- Saxon #62-odd and #63-even and Language red workbook, Series
5 (8, 15 a-d, 20 b,d)
Thursday- Saxon #64-odd and #65-even and Verb Paper
