What is the procedure for recess and lunch?

During Recess and Lunch, the children are walked out by the classroom
teacher to eat, and then play until the bell rings. They are asked to do the
following 5 things in order, promoting good repetitive habits:

1. eat their snack or lunch, depending on the time of day, and throw out
    their trash in the barrels

2. go to the bathroom ON THE PLAYGROUND, wash their hands with soap while
counting to 10

3. get a drink of water, and

4. play until they hear the bell rings

5. When they hear the bell, they should get in line quickly and wait for
Mrs. Brady to come and get them.

PLEASE REMIND YOUR CHILD TO STAY ON THE PLAYGROUND UNTIL THEIR TEACHER COMES
BACK FOR THEM. THEY SHOULD NEVER WANDER OFF AND AROUND THE SCHOOL GROUNDS
WITHOUT PERMISSION. IF THEY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS AT ANY TIME,THEY
NEED TO TELL AN ADULT. IF THEY GET HURT, THEY WILL BE SENT TO THE SCHOOL
NURSE/CLERK. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IF IT IS ANYTHING SERIOUS. THE NURSE
NEEDS A COMPLETED FORM/PASS FILLED OUT BY AN ADULT BEFORE GIVING TREATMENT.
THIS IS FOR RECORD KEEPING PURPOSES. PLEASE REVIEW THESE SCHOOL PROCEDURES
WITH YOUR CHILD AT HOME. I WILL BE DISCUSSING THEM AS WELL AT SCHOOL.
THANK YOU.
