Spelling Words

The following spelling word lists (15 words) are connected to the weekly
reading selections taken from the Open Court Language Arts textbook. Your
child will be responsible for completing daily homework spelling worksheets
to supplement the class spelling workbook. The weekly vocabulary words (5 or 6)
can be used as CHALLENGE WORDS if your child wishes to extend his/her spelling
words. A final spelling test will be given every Friday.
