1. At the beginning of each season the coach will provide a Sports
Information Packet to each athlete. All student-athletes MUST RETURN the
required documents with parental/guardian signatures for liability, medical,
transportation, sportsmanship, and photo release purposes.
2. All student-athletes MUST maintain a 2.0 GPA (grade point average). A
2.0 GPA is equivalent to a "C" average. To determine a student-athletes GPA
one will need to sum all grade points and divide by the number of classes.
A=4pts; B=3pts; C=2pts; D=1pt; F=0pts.
EXAMPLE REPORT CARD:
A, C, A, B, C, A totals 19.0pts/6 classes = 3.17 GPA. This student-athlete
would be eligible to participate in after-school sports, as his/her GPA is
above a 2.0, or "C" average.
3. Student-athletes may be removed from after-school sports due to grades,
unacceptable class or competition conduct, or any other reason that the
school coach, athletic director, or administrator deems to be a removable
offense.
4. Season Fees: $35 per student-athlete.
