Top Text Title: Top Text: I often see that far-away look on the faces of people when I tell them I am from Visalia, CA. Afterall, we are a community of over 122,000. A city that size people should know about. But, for some reason, many do not. However, when I say we are found in the Central San Joaquin Valley between Fresno and Bakersfield, and that we are just east of Highway 99 on Highway 198, the gateway to Sequoia National Park, then they have a much better picture.
