What is a Reading Day?

We have a "Reading Day" at the end of each quarter where students can bring in favorite
books to enjoy a full (or almost full) day of just pleasure reading. It is a nice way to end the quarter and
encourages the very important practice of sustained reading.

Can I leave my backpack and books in your classroom during lunch or P.E.?

All students will need to carry their backpacks with them to all of their classes. Teachers will distribute
text books for students to take home and leave at home, so that student backpacks do not become too
burdensome.
