Greek/Latin Roots

Per the format discussed in class, there will be 3 new root words per week added to the Greek & Latin roots of study.  Students are tested every other week on their knowledge of these roots.  The vocabulary tests are cumulative.  Every other week, students should review their root index cards to help them prepare for Friday's test.  Students were given a metal ring to store their index cards. :)

If students arrive to school mid-year, they are responsible for learning all the roots.  In addition, if a student misplaces their notecards throughout the year, please use the information below to re-copy each root, along with its meaning.
