Muscle Stretch Scoring Guideline/Rubric

4 = Student documents where information was obtained whether from books, experts, TV, videos. Student names the stretch. Student describes how to do the stretch. (Another student your age reading the information would be able to do it correctly). Student includes graphics or art to help demonstrate the stretch. Student includes accurate and correct information for all stretches. Student compiles and presents information professionally (no spelling errors, pleasing to the eye, etc.).

3 = Student completes the work as described above but not to the same quality of work.

2 = Student completes the assignment but the project is full of incorrect information. Descriptions are vague or incomplete. Graphics may or may not be professional. Editing process not completed.

1 = Student chooses not to complete the assignment.
