Parents -- grades on line.
Students have the capability to retake the States test as many times as they would like, up to the end
of the 1st trimester. I will take the highest grade. This is the only test I allow for makeup.
8TH GRADE
We will be discussing what the 1800s were like through peer teaching. The students will be in groups
and have a topic that they will research and then present at the end of the week to their peers. They
will also be responsible for making a magazine cover that will display their topic.
7TH GRADE
7th grade will continue to focus on China this week. Achievements and religion will be the main focus.
Look for the test late this week or early next week,
I will use this Announcement page weekly to keep the parents up to date. Having three boys in
school
myself, I know it is not easy to rely on your child for information. We are often busy and may lose
items
of importance. Be sure to utilize my website for assistance and contact me anytime you may have a
