Auto Dialer Message for April 18th, 2013

State Testing is going well and will continue tomorrow
and in to next week. Be proud of your students for the great effort they are
giving to these tests!

Tomorrow we will be selling Big Sticks after school for
one dollar as a fundraiser to help send one of our Odyssey of the Mind teams to
World Finals. What a great way to celebrate a week of testing!

Please continue to
support our spring fundraiser of the reusable, fashionable, washable LOVE bags.
There are grocery bags, beach bags, cooler bags, snack bags, make up bags and
more! We have samples available in the office. It’s a great time to order the
lunchpail for next year! Orders are due on Tuesday.

Also we are selling yearbooks this month. The deadline to
order a yearbook is April 26th. We only preorder yearbooks based on the number
we have sold. Additional yearbooks will not be sold in May, so be sure to get
your order in before the end of April.

And finally, a safety reminder to all parents – please
remember to close the gates securely when you exit our school. This is
especially important in the morning when school begins. Remember that we do
have a locked campus during the day, and we appreciate you securely closing the
gate as you exit.

Thank you!

Good Evening Etiwanda Colony Families

This is Mrs. Carlmark.

We are excited to invite you to our Route 66 Open House
this Thursday. Meal orders were due last week; however we are concerned that we
have not received nearly the number of orders we usually have. We have extended
our orders through tomorrow, but I do need to call In N Out Tuesday morning
with a final count. In N Out's prices have gone up a bit, and we are only
making a few cents profit on a cheeseburger order. So whether you would like In
N Out or Hot Dog on a Stick, please send your order tomorrow. Order forms have been sent home and are also
on our school website under the Open House tab.

In addition to dancing with the band, The Ravelers, we
will have Bookmobile, so bring your library card, and we hope to have lots of
parents donate items for our Bake Sale. We will also have Book Fair, Quakes tickets orders and discounted yearbook
prices that are discounted that night only, so be prepared with your checkbook
or cash.

We could still use some parent volunteers to make this
night a success, so if you can give us a half hour of your time between 5 and
7, we would greatly appreciate it! Volunteer forms are also on our website.

Friday, March 15th is a minimum day and all kindergartners
come in the morning session. Book Fair is open all week for your child to shop
and beat the Open House rush.

Thank you for your support and send your In N Out or Hot
Dog orders tomorrow! Have a good evening! (For email: Order forms and volunteer
forms are attached)

website. Please be sure your student comes to school with their money tomorrow

Good Evening Colony Cub Families,
This is Mrs. Carlmark. I am calling on Friday night with three
important announcements in regard to next week so that you will have time to plan for them if needed.
Tuesday, Sept 11 is Patriot Day. Students are asked to wear red,
white and blue on Tuesday as we learn about patriotism and everyday heroes.
Thursday, Sept. 13th is Picture Day. Teachers either sent order
forms today or will send them on Monday. On Monday, an order form will also be available on our website. All students will have their
picture taken for our yearbook and students who wish to order should bring their money and order in the morning on Thursday.

And finally, we will still accept Fundraiser orders on Monday. Monday needs to be our absolute last day as we need to tabulate the order
and turn it in so that we will get our items by the delivery date.
 We
greatly appreciate all of your support of our fundraiser.

Thank you for your continued support of our school.
Have a good weekend.

win a popsicle or ice cream party. And finally, test scores for current 3rd through 5th graders
have been released from the State. You may access your student's scores through
your ESPRI account. A copy of your student's test results will be mailed home

your upcoming 3 day Labor Day weekend, and have a nice evening.

Good Evening Families,
This is Mrs. Carlmark with some important announcements.
Our school year is off to a great start. A reminder about drop off and pick up-Ashton Street,
south of our school, has signage that prohibits stopping or parking.
Unfortunately this is due to un-courteous prior behavior, such as parkinginresidents' driveways, blockingtheir driveways, etc. If you
are using this area, please have your child cross Banyan with the crossing
guard and walk down the horse trail to Blue Gum. I know that you will remind
your children to walk on the sidewalk or trail, and to be respectful of our
neighbors by staying off of their lawns and property. As always, we recommend
you use one of our three school property pick up drop off areas that are
supervised by teachers and proctors.
Monday, August 27th is a Furlough Day due to our State Budget Crisis. There is no school on
Monday. Many items are due next week such asPTA Membership Drive, tshirt orders and Emergency Food Kits.
Check our school website for details.
Thank you and enjoy your evening.
