Emergency Food Kits
Dear Parents,
Preparation for an emergency is an essential component to ensuring that our
students are well cared for while at school. As such, all students are
required to have an emergency food kit at school. As a service to our
families, the Etiwanda Colony PTA is now taking orders for emergency food
kits. For a nominal fee of just $8.00 each we will prepare a food kit for
your child(ren). The following items will be included in the kit:
(3) 3 oz. Bumble Bee Tuna
(3) Fruit Cups
(2) Cheese Crackers
(2) .5 oz. Raisin Boxes
(2) 9 oz. Fruit Snacks
(2) Hansen�s 100% Fruit Juice Boxes
(1) Bottled Water
Please note that, unfortunately, no substitutions can be made.
Please fill out the information below and return to your child�s teacher
along with cash or check made out to: Etiwanda Colony PTA in the amount of
$10.00 per kit. All orders are due by August 27, 2012.
Parents will receive a note when kits are delivered to classrooms. Parents
who wish to, may then send a note/pictures to be added to your child�s
emergency food kit.
