Hello,
My name is Ambreen Lalani and I have been a teacher at Fenton for six years. I graduated from
California State University, Northridge with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies. I am currently
pursuing a Masters of Science in Reading and Literacy from Walden University. I believe that the
process of learning never ends, and you are never too young or old to pursue your educational
dreams.
I have been married for three years now and thank my husband in helping me realize my dreams
every step of the way. He always pushes me to try my hardest and keeps me smiling. I believe that
everyone needs that inspirational person in their life to help them realize their goals. (Parents, you
must be that for your children).
I think being a teacher is very hard, but also very rewarding. It is so much fun spending time with my
students and seeing them progress throughout the year. Nothing makes me happier than to see my
students be well prepared for the next grade.
My philosophy in teaching is believing that every child is able to learn. I also value diversity and think
that every child has their own uniqueness and something they are good at. I strive to make every
child realize this special quality about them in my class.
I love being a teacher, and look forward to another exciting year with a brand new batch of third
grade
students!
