Notes for Absences

On the day your child returns back to school please send a

doctor, a doctor's note is sufficient.

Birthdays

If your child wishes, he/she may bring healthy and nutritional
treats for the class. Parents should send a note or call in advance so that
we can give you an exact number of sudents and set aside a special day and
time to enjoy the treats.

Money

On occasion it will be necessary for your child to bring money
to school for things such as book orders or school sponsored sales. Always
send money to school in a sealed envelope or zip-lock baggie with the
following information on it:

1. Your child's name
2. The amount of money
3. Purpose for the money (book money, school sponsored sale)
4. Mrs. Jimenez

School Attendance

Please make it a priority that your child attend school every
day except in cases of illness or emergency. It is important for your child
to have consistent attendance so that they may be successful in their
education. It is very difficult to make up work at home especially if they
have missed a learning activity that was group oriented and involved
interaction with their fellow classmates.
