Welcome to Fourth Grade! I have been teaching at Fenton Avenue Charter
School for ten years. Prior to teaching at Fenton, I taught preschool at
Tutor Time Learning Center. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from
Western Michigan University. I received my Multiple Subject Teaching
Credential and Master's degree from The University of La Verne. I love
teaching fourth grade and look forward to learning with all of you!
My mission for the class is to empower my students to be lifelong learners.
I enjoy finding ways for every student to meet their potential. I hope to
create a nurturing and safe environment in the classroom. My mission is for
the class to work as a team, cooperatively learn, use computers daily, and
study with thematic units.
