Dear Parents and Students,
¡Bienvenidos! Welcome to the beginning of a great school year!
The Spanish program will be based heavily on conversational Spanish. Students will learn the fundamentals such as number and color words. They will also learn to engage in a simple conversation. The emphasis of the program is to work on learning the words that are important in the students’ day-to-day life.
I will be meeting with primary grades once a week, and twice a week with the upper grades. During this time I will expect the students’ complete participation and cooperation. Classroom guidelines and expectations will be distributed to the students within the first weeks of school.
I look forward to working with the students of First Pres. It is going to be a wonderful year!
