About The Instructors

The instructors are retired Marines that have been certified by the Marine 
Corps and hired by the school district to form a Leadership Education 
Department that develops students' mental and physical capabilities via 
academics, physical training, community service, close order drill and 
competitions.

Mission For The Fohi Program

The Junior ROTC program actively supports students' maximum academic 
achievement leading to a high school diploma.  Leadership development is the 
focus of the program.  In addition, the program is designed to achieve the 
following objectives:

* DEVELOP A HIGH DEGREE OF PERSONAL HONOR, SELF-RELIANCE AND INDIVIDUAL 
DISCIPLINE
* PROMOTE PATRIOTISM 
* PROMOTE COMMUNITY SERVICE 
* DEVELOP INFORMED AND RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS 
* PROVIDE INCENTIVE TO LIVE HEALTHY AND DRUG FREE 
* DEVELOP RESPECT FOR CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY 
* PROMOTE AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE BASIC ELEMENTS AND NEED FOR NATIONAL 
SECURITY
