Volunteer OpportunitiesEvery year, the Garden Gate PTA conducts events such as Book Fairs, Fall Celebration, Discovery/International Day, Walk-A-Round, Fun in the Sun, Staff Appreciation Week...etc., to enrich our students and to build a friendly and caring atmosphere within our school. All these events would not have happened without the incredible support of the parent and community volunteers like you. The Volunteer Co-ordinator sends out request information of volunteer opportunities through out the year. When you receive the volunteer requests, you can decide to respond to ONLY the requests that work for you. Even a few hours of your time can make a tremendous difference. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Open PTA Committee positions : - 2 volunteers to assist the Directory Committee, mainly in Excel data entries. - 1 volunteer, preferably lower grades parent to sell scrips during scrip hours. - Walkaround fundraising event chairperson, a volunteer each to oversee finance, raffles & prizes and walkaround volunteers.
