DIRECT DONATION CAMPAIGN

At the beginning of each school year the PTA has to pay most of our annual program fees by October, or we cannot have the programs. Because of this we have our biggest fund raiser of the year as we start school.

If we get the needed funds, it allows all the volunteers to focus on the enrichment programs instead of a lot of small fund raisers throughout the year. So our time is spent with the children; and we don’t ask the parents to sell wrapping paper and magazines!

Your generosity is a needed for Garden Gate PTA to continue to enrich our children’s education. Your time and consideration is much appreciated.

WALK-A-ROUND

The Walk-A-Round is the second largest, PTA sponsored, fundraising event of the year! It is usually held in the spring. Students' goals for the Walk-A-Round are to encourage physical activity, acquire valuable life skills as they gain sponsorships, and raise funds for the school. The funds raised will be used to purchase library books, provide art and music classes and promote activities such as the Art & Literacy Night, Science & Math Night, International Day, and so much more.  The event is a wonderful example of strong school spirit and interaction with the greater community that we live in.
