I have added a H1N1 tab on the Newsflash home page. The document on this page was sent to our Superintendent from the Contra Costa Health Services.
Please encourage your children to use good hygiene practices at home and in school so we can be proactive at this time. Thank you! :)
· On H1N1. preventative measures are: Hand washing,
· cover your mouth and nose,
· avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
· avoid sharing drinks, water bottles, silverware, pencils
· Stay home if you are sick.
· Get a good night’s sleep
· Eat healthy foods
Please look at the Centers schedule to make sure of your day and time. If you are listed as an alternate, please check in with Susan Rosendahl to see if you are needed. Also, if you cannot make the day/time, please try to find an alternate or contact Susan Rosendahl ASAP so I can plan accordingly.
