crushed plastic and aluminum can or bottles to be recylced.

*Grams can be purchased for friends, family, or anyone you are thankful for
and will be delivered to classrooms on Wed. Nov. 25 (includes candy and a

BOX TOPS
*Please continue to send in your Box Tops for Education. Each box top gives
back $.10 to our school. This is an easy fundraiser to participate in!
READ-A-THON
*Please collect sponsors or donations for our upcoming fundraiser, the Read-a-
thon! Students can ask supporters to sponsor them per page, or to offer a
flat donation. We will read for one hour in class on Tuesday, Nov. 24. :-)
The sponsor sheet went home in this week's Thursday folder. If it was
misplaced, please have your child ask me for another sheet.
THANKSGIVING
*There will be no school on Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27 in honor of
the Thanksgiving holiday.
*Picture Make-ups will be held on December 1st. All students absent on
picture day will have their picture taken. If you purchased photos and would
like to re-take the picture, it can be done on that day. You may also order
photos on Dec. 1st if you did not order them on the first picture day.
*Field trip to the Water Reclamation Plant will be on Thursday, Dec. 10 at
9:30 a.m. Wear good walking shoes. Permission slip, emergency form, and $2.00
cash were due on Friday, Nov. 20.
