BREAKFAST IS SERVED DAILY AT HERITAGE!! Students are invited to enjoy breakfast in our MPR from 7:30-7:55am every morning. The cost is $1.50 - free/reduced breakfast/lunch prices apply.
All breakfast entries are served with fruit, juice and milk.
Cereal and string cheese can always be substituted for the daily entrée.

Monday, March 6, 2017 Update:
I am excited to inform you that all of our 6th grade Campers arrived safely in camp at approximately 10:40am today! All students met the wonderful camp counselors and got settled into their cabins. The weather is a brisk 40 degrees. It is sunny with some snow on the ground! At 12:30pm students were headed to lunch which consisted of chicken, waffles, chili, soup, and a salad bar.

Tuesday, March 7, 2017 Update:
Students had a busy first day at camp yesterday! Students participated in archery, dissection of owl pellets, a compass skills class, astronomy class, and the much anticipated High Ropes Course!! Dinner consisted of pasta and cheeseburgers. Lights out was at 9:45pm in the cabins.
Students woke up bright and early this morning. It is a beautiful 54 degrees today. Students started their day with a hearty breakfast that included eggs, sausage, potatoes and biscuits and gravy! The day quickly got started with students engaging in camp classes and activities. It is another successful and adventurous day at 6th grade camp!

Wednesday, March 8, 2017 Update:
Our HIS campers had another successful night at camp - the evening ended with a night hike!
Campers were up bright and early this morning to enjoy a delicious breakfast and to engage in camp classes. Campers are packing up and preparing for departure at 11am. We expect our campers to return to HIS by approximately 12:00noon. Parents are welcome to pick up their student in the Sports Complex Parking Lot upon their return to school.

The Heritage PTSA just sponsored their second school-wide collection for Box Tops. Thank you to everyone who collected and submitted box tops this time around. Each box top turned in earns HIS ten cents and 100% of the earnings go back to our students! With your help, we recently raised $152.00. Congratulations to Mr. Margrave's Homeroom for bringing in the most box tops!!
The next due date for the pull tabs will be March 31st. Please keep collecting and turning them in to your Homeroom collection box! All pull tabs will be counted and donated to The Ronald McDonald House.


The Etiwanda School District PLUS Before and After School Child Care program will provide quality care in a safe and nurturing environment for school-aged children. The staff will provide enrichment activities in art, music, literature, and physical education. Time will be allocated to allow students sufficient time to work on their homework assignments. Child Care staff will be available to assist students and will regularly communicate with teachers. Snacks will be provided daily. Parents are always welcome to visit Child Care centers. The program will operate under the authority of the Etiwanda School District. Attention Incoming 7th Grade Parents! Your child's Tdap immunization record must be submitted to our school office prior to receiving textbooks and being scheduled for 7th grade classes. Please schedule an appointment TODAY! If you are in need of information about local immunization clinics, you may contact the San Bernardino Public Health Department at 1-800-722-4794. Thank you for your immediate response in obtaining this required immunization for your child.

Statistics show that healthy children attend school on a more consistent basis. Heritage Intermediate is participating in a Medi-Cal program that links students and families with health care options.
