Please remember ALL homework is due the next school day UNLESS otherwise
stated by the teacher. Exceptions will appear in the weekly newsletter. As
well as in this web page. There is no homework on Fridays.
There will be daily math homework with the exception of the day before a
test
and Fridays. Thursday letters will let you know when tests are coming up.
All students need to be reading AR books within their reading level at home.
This will affect their reading grade. Check Thursday folders for AR
progress.
Students do approximately one book report a month - see the calendar for
specific due dates. Students should spend a good deal of time working on
these at home. There is no time given for this in class. Each is worth 100
points toward their reading grade. The first is a written book report on a
book of the student's choosing due September 25. Be sure the appropriate
planning form is filled out before report is written.
Major assignments will be posted on the web site.
