Students are required to maintain the following: Notebook paper (college ruled), blue/ black pems, colored pencils, highlighters, and a 3-ring binder (1 - 1 1/2in.) with four dividers labeled: LITERATURE/READING, GRAMMAR, WRITING, NOTES. If a student is highly organized, an accordian file may be substituted for the 3-ring binder. All work placed in the file or binder is expected to be neatly arranged and maintained. MATH GR-6: Students must maintain a math notebook. Dividers should inlcude math homework, quizzes, and notes. Students will also need red pencils and highlighters for correcting as well as a ruler with customary and metric measurements. Later in the year, students will need a protractor for measuring and drawing angles.
