The HVMS Music Department has walked in the Light The Night Fundraiser for LLS
for the past 3 years. We have raised thousands of dollars for the HVMS
families affected by this disease, and also donated to LLS in hopes of finding
a cure!
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world's largest voluntary health
organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education, and
patient services. The Society's mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's
disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their
families.

My name is Donald Cook, but all my friends know me as Trey.
At the time of diagnosis (10/9/06), I was 11 years old, and in 6th grade. I
played percussion in the marching band, and also enjoyed attending events with
the high school band that my big sister is a member of. I played sports and
love video games. I guess I was a normal kid...
