What is the history of RIF at Muir?

In 2003-4 we had a December service event, a February bilingual
story hour, and an April speaker on Antarctica from SIO along with book
distributions. In 2004-5 We had three distributions in December, February,
and in April. Sixty students received 3-10 books each. The tremendous number
of books was supplemented by a grant from Albertson's.
