Sally Foster Gift Wrap

Scholastic Book Fairs

Rummage Sale
Start your Spring Cleaning and make a Tax Deductible Donation!!  Please make sure all donations are in good condition. Donations can include the following items: Books, electronics, toys, games, furniture, dishes, sports equipment, etc. We also need plastic bags and hangers if you have any to spare.  Contace Helen Rose,  <A href="mailto:helenrose_executiveaa@yahoo.com">helenrose_executiveaa@yahoo.com</A>, for more information.  
 
Jog-a-thon
The jog-a-thon puts the "fun" in fundraising!  Students are asked to get sponsors to support them for each lap they complete around the field.  As the students complete a lap, their tally sheets get marked.  Kindergarteners and First Graders run for 20 minutes and the other grades run for 30 minutes. The students have lots of fun trying to do their best to finish that last lap before time runs out.  Then they are refreshed with water and sliced oranges.  Prizes will be rewarded to two participants (one boy & one girl) from each grade level based on participation through a random drawing.  Additionally, a prize will be given out to the student with the most sponsors, as well as a prize to the student with the most sponsor money collected.   The Jog-a-thon is scheduled for March.  Please contact our Jog-a-thon Chairpersons Allison Tenenbaum, <A href="mailto:allison@san.rr.com">allison@san.rr.com</A>,  and Lisa Mosler, <A href="mailto:moreo@earthlink.net">moreo@earthlink.net</A> for more information.
 
Laurie Giery's Family Portrait Night
Gather the family together and join us for Family Portrait Night.  Taken right here in Kumeyaay's multipurpose room, these professional photos will perserve cherished memories for years to come.  For the $30 sitting fee, each family will receive a complimentary 10 x 13 portrait.  Kumeyaay receives half of the sitting fee and 10% of the total package sales.   Family Portrait Night is scheduled for October.  Visit <A href="http://www.familyportraitfun.com/">Familyportraitfun.com </A>to learn more.
 
Target Take Charge of Education Program
Every time you use your Target Visa or Target Card, you could earn money for Kumeyaay. Holiday Boutique
Why spend your time stressed at the malls? Ice Cream/Popcicle Sales
What better way to cool off after a long week than our Friday after school ice cream sales?  Support our 5th Grade Activities fund by purchasing an ice cream or popcicle.
 
Box Tops for Education
Eat well and raise money for our school.  Collect the box tops off many everyday grocery items such as Betty Crocker cake mix, Cheerios, Ziploc Bags and Old El Paso Salsa and bring them to your classroom.  Kumeyaay receives 10-cents for each box top  submitted.  It's that simple!  Ask friends and family to collect for you also.  Depending upon the number of boxtops collected, your child's class can win a year-end pizza party!!
