C.A.M.P. Book

The C.A.M.P. (Communicating and Managing Paperwork) Book is a notebook first graders will use everyday to develop organizational skills and learn responsibility.  This book is a way of maintaining effective communication between home and school.  It eliminates lost notes, newsletters, calendars, and homework as well as keep parents and students informed of important events and academic progress.  Keep up with the happenings in Mrs. Brannon's first grade class and check out your child's C.AM.P. Book EVERYDAY!

Here's what you will find inside:

Money Pocket

From time to time, you may need to send money to school for book club orders, lunch, field trips, etc.  Please use the plastic pencil case to send money to school.  Please do not use this pocket for school supplies as it is not durable enough for everyday use.

Important Notes

I use this pocket to send you notes that require immediate attention.  Please check this section daily. Use this pocket to send notes to Mrs. Brannon that need immediate attention. Look for a weekly newsletter in this section.

Homework

Each week your child will receive a homework packet to place in this section.  Completed homework should be returned to school in this same pocket.  Please check this section daily.

Beautiful Work to Be Kept at Home

This pocket contains graded schoolwork that may be kept and admired at home.  Display your child's work on the fridge, or another special home art and schoolwork gallery. Please check this section daily and remove all items from the pocket.

This section contains a school year calendar, sight word list and other important resources. Use these resources to help your child succeed in first grade
