The Lake View Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a small, but growing
group of individuals looking to increase our ranks. We are dedicated to
enriching the academic plan here at Lake View and making your child's early
school years memorable.
Last year the PTO and parent volunteers organized good Guy/Gal lunches, ran
a student store, organized a Talent Show, judged a pumpkin decorating
contest, presided over Scholastic book fairs, organized holiday events, and
encouraged literacy with a fun reading program. And one more thing, we had
a blast doing all that!
Attending Lake View PTO meetings is easy and ensures that those programs and
many more will continue throughout your child's formative years. The
meetings are held once a month in the school library at 6 p.m. Watch for
our PTO meeting reminders to come home with your child. Free snacks and
babysitting are also provided.
Come meet the current PTO members and the principal, Mrs. Wright. We would
