A free web application that enables users to create interactive
web-based study flash cards and share them with others. Flash
cards can be printed, or saved and used online.
The Comic Creator invites students to compose their own comic
strips for a variety of contexts (prewriting, pre- and
postreading activities, response to literature, and so on).
This tool allows students to create their own character cards,
which they can then print off, illustrate, and trade or keep. It
can be used with characters in a book students are reading or as
a prewriting exercise
