ü Check the board for a warm up assignment. If there is an assignment, get a piece of paper out and get to work.
ü If there is no assignment, be patient and ready for all instructions.
· Individual Assignments:
ü You will be working on your own. If you have a question about the assignment you may quietly ask a student next to you.
ü If you need the teachers help, raise your hand and be patient she will come as soon as she can.
· Group Assignments:
ü When moving into groups, quietly follow the teacher’s instructions to join your group members.
ü Move desks together.
ü Work on the assignment using classroom voices.
ü Do not yell across the room.

· Leave the class in better shape than when you found it picking up all trash and returning anything you used during class.
· Return all desks to their rightful spot.
· Wait until you are excused by the teacher (the bell ringing does not count)
· Remember to keep your eyes on your own paper.
