Dear Students and Parents of Room 25,
We have had a productive first trimester; the first trimester ends on
November 20, 2009. We also have a great deal of intense work ahead. I would
like to remind you that if your child has not mastered his/her multiplication
facts, he/she must work on this skill at home in order to keep pace with the
complex math standards of the remainder of this school year. Also, if your
child has been given access to Lexia or Reading Plus, these are excellent
resources to improve reading skills. We monitor progress and login time on
these programs. Also, please remind your child that he/she is responsible for
30 minutes of AR reading at home each night. With a few exceptions, the AR
points have not been reflective of this amount of reading time. Thank you for
